Naturopathic treatments can be planned to address a wide range of health concerns including acute and chronic conditions and are suitable for use with children, to support conception, pregnancy and through each stage of life.
Treatments are carefully tailored to your individual needs and preferences and, along with lifestyle and nutritional advice, can include clinical Western herbal medicine, nutritional supplements, mineral therapies and Australian Bush Flower Essences.

Your first consultation can be expected to take from 60 to 90 minutes. A full case history will be taken including past and current health challenges, family history, diet, stressors and lifestyle choices. You will have the opportunity to discuss your health goals, pace and preferences for treatment.

Your first consultation can be expected to take from 60 to 90 minutes. A full case history will be taken including past and current health challenges, family history, diet, stressors and lifestyle choices. You will have the opportunity to discuss your health goals, pace and preferences for treatment.
By providing detailed information about your health, symptoms, medical and other treatments, including any medications and supplements, you help to ensure the safe integration of your naturopathic care. If you have results of recent blood tests or medical reports, please bring them to your consultation, or scan and email them to jenny@sageandtime.com.au prior to your appointment.
Follow-up appointments typically take from 30 to 45 minutes and, depending on individual needs, may be scheduled for 1, 2, or 4 weeks after your initial appointment.

Using 'food as medicine', nutritional changes may be prescribed during consultation with the aim of preventing the progression of disease, limiting symptoms and/or healing the underlying cause. Nutritional and dietary recommendations are individually tailored to fit easily with personal needs and preferences, family and lifestyle.

Clinical Western Herbal Medicine, as practised at Sage and Time Naturopathy, uses extracts of whole plants or particular plant parts, such as roots or rhizomes, berries, leaves or flowers, for their therapeutic qualities - to promote health and vitality, prevent or treat disease.
Medicinal herbs are typically prescribed as an easily absorbed liquid extract. Herbs are blended in an appropriate formulation for each individual, effectively treating multiple concerns in one preparation. Herbal medicines may also be prescribed in tablet form.
